 Application 

To apply for a commission, a user can fill out Plentyblush’s google form, or message her directly via direct messaging, notes, or an email to [email protected]. Please note that an application is not a guarantee of getting into the commission queue.

 Payment 

Payment for commissions will be delivered in advance through a PayPal invoice, with 100% of quoted fee paid (unless an alternate payment plan is agreed upon by both parties). Plentyblush (the artist) will not begin work until the payment is received in full.The invoice, once created, has a deadline of 5 days (extensions to this must be noted BEFORE the deadline is reached). Please note that highly-complex characters (including weapons, armor, multiple sets of wings/horns, multiple limbs, etc.) may render an additional 20% surcharge, which will be discussed before an invoice is sent.A 20% discount may be applied to the commission if one or more characters belong to Plentyblush (characters may be found via Toyhouse library ), or was designed by them as an adoptable or previous custom-design commission. Proof of purchase of the adoptable/design may be requested to confirm discount eligibility.

 Content Refusals and Blacklisting 

Plentyblush reserves the right to blacklist clients based on harmful, harassing, or fraudulent behavior. Blacklisting means that you will not be allowed to commission Plentyblush for any future art, and you will be barred from any future communication with Plentyblush.
Plentyblush reserves the right to refuse a proposed commission or cancel the commission for any reason, including requests for content depicting illegal activities, hate speech, sexual violence, bestiality, and lewd depictions of minors. Any art depicting a real person, or another person’s original character requires the rightful person/character owner’s written permission for their character to be used in this manner.All commissioners must be age 18 or older (falsifying age will result in the commissioner being blacklisted).Abusive and/or harassing behavior directed towards Plentyblush will result in you being blacklisted. You may also be blacklisted based on evidence of abusive behavior towards other artists, evidence of failure to pay other artists and/or frequent chargebacks, or scamming.Use of any completed work (including concept sketches) being used for AI (Artificial Intelligence) training, imagebashing, or other machine-based image generation systems is STRICTLY forbidden, and will result in the commissioner being blacklisted. Reselling of completed commission work (including minting the work as an NFT), or attempt to claim direct creation of the work itself will result in the commissioner being blacklisted.Editing of the commission after final approval without Plentyblush’s written permission is not allowed, and may result in you being blacklisted from future commissions and correspondence. For any additional edits to completed work, please contact Plentyblush.

 Turnaround Time and Refund Policy 

One-off (AKA one-and-done) commissions will be completed within 12 weeks from the time payment is received in full, with a deadline provided at the time of payment being received. An agreed-upon rush deadline may be applied for a faster turnaround, but must be discussed before payment is received in order to be honored.If Plentyblush (the artist) fails to complete the piece within the agreed-upon deadline, the commissioner is entitled to a 50% refund, regardless of completion status on the image. Refunds requested before the provided deadline may be honored on a case-by-case basis. Full or partial refunds before the provided deadline will NOT be honored if the piece is over 50% complete.During the creation process, the commissioner is able to ask for screenshots of the current piece, or a text-based progress report, at any time, and it will be honored within a 48-hour response timeframe. Plentyblush (the artist) will, by default, send progress shots for approval concerning the initial sketch along with the final draft, in which the commissioner is able to request changes. Full sketch approval is needed before a piece can be completed.After the sketch is fully approved by the commissioner, no major changes such as pose, outfit, props/weapons, or hairstyle may be requested. In order to ensure the best results possible, please request any changes (including potential drafts of multiple ideas) at the sketch stage before giving full approval.

 Sharing / Usage 

Once a piece is fully completed and approved by the commissioner, Plentyblush (the artist) may post the image to the following platforms: Bluesky, Tumblr, and Instagram. The commissioner may be tagged and linked to on these platforms so that viewers can view their page as well, or can be noted as 'anonymous'. Commissioners may also request a piece remains private (not posted online), if desired.Upon completion, the commissioner will receive a Dropbox/Google Drive link or direct file attachment by Email which contains the full-resolution commissioned image and any requested alternate copies, such as different file types, different size dimensions, versions with a transparent background, etc.
Print-friendly CMYK exports may also be provided upon request.The commissioner, by paying for this piece, has full authority to use the art for solely NON-COMMERCIAL use. Commercial use including (but not limited to) the sale of t-shirts, prints, and other digital or physical merchandise with the commissioned art included is strictly prohibited, and will result in being blacklisted.If you would like to commission Plentyblush for a commercial use asset, please contact them directly via Bluesky, Discord, or Email ([email protected]).Digital commissions do NOT require shipping, as they are a digital asset.
